server_lifecycle_hooks_container_shell_enabled

Allow Container Shell lifecycle hook steps and Container Shell schedule tasks (docker exec /bin/sh -c inside the server container). This is a security-sensitive capability: users with schedule.update (and control.console for schedule tasks) can run arbitrary shell commands in running containers when hooks fire or schedules run. Default off. Lifecycle hook steps additionally require Lifecycle Hooks Enabled; schedule tasks additionally require Schedules to be allowed. Existing Container Shell steps and tasks will not execute while this is disabled.
