## Description

Show the Lifecycle Hooks page in server navigation and allow configuration. Uses the same schedule permissions as tasks (schedule.read / schedule.update). When disabled, the menu entry is hidden, hooks do not run on power actions or server crashes, and API changes are rejected. Independent of schedules: you can enable hooks without enabling cron schedules.
